YOUTH (aged under 18 years)
PAINTING AND DECORATING LEVEL 2
The aim of this course is for younger students to gain industry foundation skills in the trades strands of Painting and Decorating. This pre-apprenticeship programme is the first step towards a career in painting and decorating-a sought after trade for both males and females who like working with colours, textures, design and decoration.
Qualification: Painting and Decorating- First stage block course unit standards

JOINERY AND CABINETRY LEVEL 2
The aim of this programme is for younger students to gain industry foundation skills in the trade strands of Joinery and Cabinetry. This course has been designed as a pathway towards a Modern Apprenticeship or employment in the industry.
Qualification:National Certificate in Joinery (Craftsperson) Level 2
Optional: National Certificate in Furniture (Introduction to General Furniture Manufacturing) Level 2
