This programme covers a wide range of computing content (business software, publishing, website and technical) that can lead towards higher level specialised training options or employment.

COMPUTERISED OFFICE SKILLS
This programme has been designed for people seeking employment within computer or general administration related employment. Technological advances have changed many aspects of the administration styled workplace with the computer being the centre of this employment criteria.

Applicants must meet the TIA funding criteria for DPB, Widows or Invalids

INTRODUCTORY COMPUTING

This one day per week course is an introduction to business computing at an entry level. No previous experience is necessary. Excellent foundation to begin training.

Qualification: Units towards a National Certificate in Computing Level 2

INTERMEDIATE COMPUTING

This one day per week course at an intermediate computing level to increase computing skills to a commercial level ready for the employment market.

Qualification: Units towards a National Certificate in Computing Level 2/3

INTRODUCTORY TECHNICAL COMPUTING

This one day per week unique programme covers basic computer hardware maintenance, software and an understanding of computer networks. Ideal course for the technically minded student. This introductory level could lead towards learning at a higher level.
